The Department of Ancient and Medieval Languages and Cultures offers an undergraduate major and minor in Classical Studies; a Certificate in Medieval Studies; M.A. programs in Greek and Latin and in Semitics; and the Ph.D. in Greek and Latin or in Semitics. Students in the Graduate Program in Early Christian Studies also pursue a significant portion of their work in this department. Supplementing all of these experiences are the intensive online courses offered every year through the department's Summer Program.
